Australians start their national championship quad races

The motocross quad season starts in April in Australia in NSW with the national round, and this year there is a brand new format. The Pro Quads will cover two rounds, which include the Monster Energy Motocross Nationals along with the end of the Australian Quad Motocross Championships.

2012 Beach Cross championship races

Anyone with a passion for racing quad bikes over the beach will know that the BXUK Beach Cross championship races are to be held this summer. The championships are to be held over a total of six rounds which will be spread out over three weekends and take place on three different beaches.

Buntingford bobbies on beat with new quad

Police in Buntingford have received a boost against crime in the rural area by way of quad bikes. The Honda quad bike has been loaned to the Safer Neighbourhood Team at Buntingford for a year, following a meeting with local police and farmers regarding the struggle police have in the area to combat off-road crime. Buntingford is just one of many rural areas suffering crime due to the fact that those committing crimes have in the past had plenty of ways to escape where police were unable to follow. (more…)
