The Pune based Nebula Automotive has recently launched 10 brand new ATVs, all of which are off road vehicles. The new quads are in the 110-800cc range and are intended for recreational, agriculture and sports use.

The company has been designing, testing and selling ATVs for the past three years and now believe they have matured enough in the market to expand. Nebula Automotive signed with three Chinese car companies and imports around 80% of their components, while the rest is made up from Indian suppliers. The company receives their imported components from China and assembles their quads at their facility in Prune.

The 10 latest ATVs from the company are diverse, from the 110cc off road machines aimed at being suitable for children, through to the 800cc ATV amphibious quads for adults. All of the vehicles can be driven off road without the need for a license and compete with American Polaris quads, Harrison Motors based in Pune, Bangalore’s Power Sports and Indian Adventure Wheels, which is Delhi based.

The ATV company has sold more than 2,000 vehicles since their founding and during their first year of trading they managed to break even. Last year they began making profits. All of their ATVs are intended for recreational use or agricultural use, such as on beaches, in resorts, desert riding and farming.

Farm quads are of course very popular, as the ATV provides an excellent way to get over what is often rough and large expenses of terrain in some very remote locations.
