The Inbetweeners, for anyone who doesn’t know, is the popular TV show about four young lads going through school and the ups and downs of growing up. The series may have vanished from our screens for the time being, but the good news is that the cast are making an Inbetweeners movie. While all the same characters will appear in the movie, don’t expect to see the old yellow car that has been featured throughout the series. With it’s torn off door and it ending up in a lake at the end of the last series, among other things, this has been swapped for all-terrain vehicles.
It seems the boys don’t want to be seen out and about in Malaga during filming in such an old clapped out car and instead they have been pictured riding about Malaga on the latest ATVs. It seems that ditching the old car and taking to the latest Honda quad bikes pays off. The lads have never gained much attention from the girls over the series. However since they have taken to driving quad bikes, the girls are flocking all over them. Joe Thomas, Blake Harrison and James Buckley have been having the time of their lives riding all over Malaga while filming the Inbetweeners movie, which is set to come out in August 2011.
The boy’s old vehicle, known as the ‘Clungemobile’ may be gone but not forgotten; despite its lack of cool when compared to all-terrain vehicles, it provided many laughs for viewers during the TV series.
