Motorsports holidays packed with excitement

If your child thinks there is nothing better than climbing aboard a go-kart or riding a quad bike then you can keep them happy and entertained thanks to PGL`s Motorsports breaks. They begin in August in Shropshire and keep the kids, aged 10 to 16 entertained for a whole week.

Six half days during the week they will be shown by trained instructors how to master quad bikes or go-karts and are taught safety measures and rules. The quad bikes are ridden over off road courses which are on the 240 acres of private land belonging to the adventure centre. Children are allowed to take part in time trials on bikes with engines that range in size from 50cc to 80cc.

There is plenty to keep the kids entertained including designing their own motorsports course complete with limbo bars and ramps. All of the equipment is supplied by the adventure centre including the most important, the safety clothing and helmets. On the other half days when not riding there is plenty to keep all enthralled including climbing, archery, abseiling and going on the river in a canoe? The adventure park offering the motorsports holidays are similar to what the USA have been providing for many years, called summer camps. Children stay the week in dormitories and have healthy meals with plenty of time to rehydrate during a busy fun packed day.

The fun does not end when the sun goes down as there is also entertainment during the evenings and plenty of time for relaxing and making new friends.
